The 31st Annual General Meeting of the Lunar Society took place on 18 July 2023 and the votes are in.

Clive Stone was elected as the new Chair; Tina Swani as Vice Chair; Charmaine Burton was re-elected as Honorary Secretary for a 2nd term and Joe Gaytten was elected as Honorary Treasurer.  Joe replaces Mark Purcell who stepped down this year after 2 terms in office.

Dr Rashida Sharif was elected as a new trustee and David Dundas was re-elected for a 2nd term.  Dr Peter Borg-Bartolo was elected as a trustee as Immediate Past Chair.

Additionally, the society’s new constitution was approved.  This new constitution will come into effect once our application for CIO status is completed.
